- Develop and implement the organization's M&E strategy, aligning it with our overall vision and mission.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress and impact.
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis tools.

- Experience working effectively in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ensure implementation of project activities: oversee smooth execution of screening/enrolling, scheduling and training of beneficiaries. Problem solving and troubleshooting, improving systems and processes.
