Position: Research Manager Department: Research and Development Reports to: CEO Location: Lahore Office Job Purpose: As the Research Manager, your mission is to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust research strategy aligned with the organization's overarching goals and objectives. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate comprehensive research projects, ensuring their seamless execution from conceptualization to insightful data analysis. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team of researchers, fostering a culture of excellence, ethics, and knowledge sharing within the research domain. Key Responsibilities: Research Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with organization's goals and objectives.  Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of research projects, including defining research goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.  Research Design: Create and refine research methodologies, data collection techniques, and survey instruments, ensuring the use of rigorous and ethical research practices.  Data Collection: Supervise and conduct data collection activities, which may include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and field visits, to gather relevant information.  Data Analysis: Utilize statistical and qualitative analysis techniques to draw meaningful insights from research data, and prepare reports and presentations.  Team Leadership: Lead a team of researchers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of research projects.  Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers, donors, and partners, to ensure research findings are effectively communicated and integrated into development programs.  Ethics and Compliance: Ensure research activities comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, including the protection of human subjects and data privacy.  Knowledge Sharing: Promote the sharing of research findings through publications, conferences, and presentations, contributing to the broader knowledge base in the development sector.  Budget Management: Manage research budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource utilization.  Qualifications: 
  1. A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Economics, Sociology, or related disciplines. 
  2. Proven experience in research design, project management, and data analysis within the development sector. 
  3. Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in data analysis. 
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills for reporting and presenting research findings. 
  5. Leadership and team management experience. 
  6. Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations governing research in the development sector. 
  7. A passion for creating positive social change and a commitment to our organization's mission.

Position: Manager Monitoring and Evaluation Department: Research and Quality Assurance Reports to: CEO Location: Lahore Office Job Purpose: As the M&E Manager, your role is to ensure high standard delivery of our project managing the Monitoring and Evaluation strategy aligned with our donors’ needs. You will play a key role in ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting, aligning with our vision and mission. Through your expertise, you will guide the organization in making data-driven decisions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic M&E Leadership 
  • Develop and implement the organization's M&E strategy, aligning it with our overall vision and mission. 
  • Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress and impact. 
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis tools. 
  • Manage the M&E data lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and reporting. 
  • Make field visits to any location for observation & monitoring the projects 
Data Analysis and Reporting 
  • Conduct regular data analysis to assess program performance against KPIs and objectives. 
  • Prepare clear, concise, and informative M&E reports for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and program teams in a way that promotes strategic decision-making. 
Capacity Building and Training 
  • Provide training and coaching to program staff on M&E processes, tools, and best practices. 
  • Integrate M&E principles into program design, implementation, and monitoring activities. 
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. 
Quality Assurance and Compliance 
  • Monitor Trainings, identify any red flags, Propose solutions according to SOPs 
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of M&E data collection, analysis, and reporting. 
  • Monitor compliance with donor requirements and M&E best practices. 
  • Conduct periodic M&E system audits and implement improvements as needed. 
Qualifications: 
  • Master's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E, preferably in the NGO sector. 
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems. 
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, including data analysis tools 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
Additional desired requirements: 
  • Experience working with qualitative research methods. 
  • Knowledge of donor reporting requirements and M&E best practices. 
  • Experience using M&E software platforms. 
  • Strong commitment to social justice and equity. 
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan

Position: Senior Project Coordinator Reports to: Project Manager / Project Lead Location: Lahore Office Job Purpose: The Senior Project Coordinator in DLP holds a critical role in ensuring the seamless implementation of project activities.
