
Position: Field Officer
Reports to: Senior Project Coordinator
Location: Faisalabad
Job Purpose:
The Mobilizer is responsible for identifying communities, forming community clusters, and building connections with community influencers, government district offices, and local partner organizations. The Mobilizer also conducts alumni checking and physically screens interested participants for training eligibility. As a mobilizer you are required to have good communication and networking skills, along with a strong commitment to promoting digital literacy among low-income women.
Key Responsibilities:
Representation and Awareness:
- Serve as the representative of CIRCLE in the field, effectively communicating CIRCLE’s mission, goals, and values.
- Conduct outreach activities to spread awareness of CIRCLE’s digital literacy program among target communities.
- Deliver presentations and engage in discussions to educate communities about the benefits of the program.
- Raise awareness about the issues and problems faced.
Community Identification and Formation:
- Identify communities with a significant presence of low-income women who can benefit from CIRCLE’s training program.
- Encouraging Community involvement and Participation.
- Form community clusters by organizing groups of interested individuals within identified communities.
- Collaborate with Area Coordinator to ensure the effective formation and management of community clusters.
Networking and Partnership Development:
- Build connections and establish relationships with community influencers, such as local leaders, educators, and activists.
- Engage with government district offices to foster collaboration and obtain support for CIRCLE’s initiatives.
- Identify and engage with local community-based organizations and potential partner organizations to strengthen program delivery.
- Besides, they should make an impact in a way that they should drive change about Digital literacy and bring people Together.
Pipeline Generation and Alumni Checking:
- Generate a pipeline of potential participants by proactively reaching out to interested individuals and organizations.
- Conduct alumni checking to maintain contact with program graduates, gather feedback, and assess the impact of CIRCLE’s training.
Training Screening:
- Physically screen individuals who express interest in participating in the training program to determine their eligibility and commitment.
- Assess participants’ basic digital literacy skills and readiness for training.
- Document screening results and provide recommendations for further actions.
