We Focus on Skills that can boost economic activity now.

ur Approach
Capacity Building
From women making handicrafts along the banks of the Indus River to women from marginalized communities in the urban centers, we understand the unique challenges of Pakistani women and design solutions that cater to their needs while bridging the gender gap.
We identify these women with the help of our vast network of outreach partners across the country. Our focus is to find women with skills and passion but lacking resources. The program teams train these under served women with digital and financial knowledge and tools these women can leverage to come out of poverty.
Our focus is on the holistic capacity building of micro and small women entrepreneurs through steady business coaching post-training and tracking progress at intervals.
Advocacy
We reach out to partners in the public and private sector who will invest resources towards capacity building of women, act as allies in supporting and promoting our mission of women’s empowerment and advancement as well as advocate for equity.
As per World Economic Forum, Pakistan ranks 145 out of 146 countries on the Gender Gap Index and we are addressing this gap
Women who receive training through our programs, go out into their communities and uplift other women, hence amplify the impact.
Community
Our main focus in 2023 is to build an ecosystem of women, men, transgenders and marginalized communities to be engaged at the grassroot level.
For this, we are building Women Digital Agents who will educate the communities they belong to.
This will not only prepare a strong pipeline of women who can then benefit from all our projects in the long run, but also sensitize male allies on the importance of digital literacy for women.
