At CIRCLE, we recognize that true empowerment is incomplete without health.

That is why we are integrating trusted, accessible health information; starting with maternal health and breast cancer awareness into our digital ecosystem through CIRCLE Baji. With over 130,000 users already, we are enabling women to take practical, informed steps for their well-being, right from their homes—while continuing to support their economic journeys.

Because when a woman is healthy, she is unstoppable.

Since 2018, we’ve equipped 35,000+ women with market-ready digital skills. Just this year, we launched four new Tech Hubs, expanding our footprint to 92 cities across Pakistan. The results speak for themselves:

90% of graduates report increased digital confidence
1,050+ women-led micro-businesses now earn daily income, because one woman chose to click “Publish”

Yet the stakes remain high. Pakistan ranks 145 out of 146 on the Global Gender Gap Index. Only 1 in 4 women participates in the labor force.

But here’s the opportunity: closing this gap could boost our GDP by 60%. That’s not just a statistic—it’s a national imperative.

At CIRCLE, we believe technology is a human right—and this belief powers every initiative we lead. From our Work Readiness Program, equipping women with the skills to thrive in the formal economy, to She Loves Tech, where 1,350 women entrepreneurs pitched bold, world-changing ideas this year—every effort is rooted in access, confidence, and opportunity.
