CIRCLE’s efforts didn’t go unnoticed. The organization's tech-focused approach was recognized by the "Microsoft for Startups" program. This was a proud milestone during the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic. It confirmed what Sadaffe and her team had always believed; innovative solutions can break barriers for women. CIRCLE’s work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It focuses on ending poverty, achieving gender equality, and fostering economic growth. 

But the story doesn’t end with recognition. CIRCLE is driven by its people, over 60% of its board members and 80% of its team comprise women. These women are the backbone of an ecosystem that supports other women from all walks of life. Through CIRCLE’s programs, women receive essential training in digital literacy, financial management, social media marketing, digital safety, and more. The goal is to turn women from low-income backgrounds into economic leaders. This creates long-lasting change not only for themselves but also for their families.
